Trainer mandatory monthly Boot Camp 06/26/16 (6:30 AM – 8:30 AM)
Boot Camp Agenda: 40 minutes of high repetition calisthenics, a 3.5 mile run, and a written training exam.

Florida: Trainer Boot Camp will be held at North Shore Open Space Park located on 79th and Collins ave. The Group will meet at the 79th street beach entrance.

Washington DC: Trainer Boot Camp will be held at East Potomac Park Hanes Point The Group will Meet at the parking lot of Ohio dr. SW

New York: Trainer Boot Camp will be held at Corona Park in 51 111th St, Flushing, New York. The Boot Camp Group will meet on Meadow Lake rd. E. off of the Van Wyck Express way. ext. 11a
Please be on time, we will start promptly at 7:00am the Boot Camps will start on time. Prep-Boot Camp will be held in the same locations as the Trainer mandatory monthly Boot Camp.Please call to confirm your attendance Boot Camp locations are subject to change.(There is no cost for this event) A trainer CAN NOT fail any part of the Physical or written test. • 25 Pull ups Male (female 10 pull ups or hang 2min.30sec. Break)
• 300 Jumping Jacks (30sec.Break)
• 25 Static pushups (Hold each rep down position for 5Ct.)(30sec.Break)
• 100 Squats (90 Reg./10 Static Hold for 10Ct) (30sec.Break)
• 400 Shoulder rotations (200 Front 200 Back (30sec.Break)
• 100 Squats (90 Reg./10 Static Hold for 10Ct) (30sec.Break)
• 50 Bend and reach (30sec.Break)
• 50 Wall hops (30sec.Break)
• 30 Body Builders (30sec.Break)
• 60 Mountain Climbers on a 4 Ct (30sec.Break)
• 25 Static pushups (Hold each rep down position for 5Ct.)(30sec.Break)
• 50 Wall side steps (30sec.Break)
• 25 Star jumping jacks (30sec.Break)
• 25 Squat thrust (30sec.Break)
• 50 Flutter Kicks (4 count 2sets) (10sec.Break)
